The Garden

The Villa has a private garden of over 1,500 square meters directly overlooking the lake, from which you can enjoy the splendid panorama of Isola Comacina, Lake Como, and its mountains.
You can access the lake through a side gate of the garden or by using an iron staircase, descending it as if it were a drawbridge: an original way for a comfortable access that also ensures your privacy.

The garden boasts numerous olive trees, some of which are centuries old. This plant is characteristic of this part of Lake Como to the extent that this area is called Zoca dell'Oli ("Oil Basin"), both for the particularly calm lake (it remains within a basin) and for the abundance of olive trees.
In front of the Villa stands an impressive century-old cypress tree that provides shade and coolness during the hottest hours. Tall perimeter hedges ensure the privacy of the guests.

Within the garden, in a reserved area, there are two uncovered parking spaces available for parking.

Additionally, there is a private boat dock and a buoy exclusively for the Villa's use.
