The interiors of the Villa

The Villa has a living area, a large space where the spacious kitchen, the dining room that can accommodate up to 12 guests, and the living area coexist. A functional area separates it from the sleeping area, which has 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 beds, 2 bathrooms with large multifunction showers and a whirlpool tub.

The 140 sqm Villa, embraced by a large planted garden, is entirely developed on a single raised floor at street level. It is equipped with a porch with a terrace where you can relax enjoying the splendid panorama of Lake Como and the Comacina Island.

The windows, with fine lacquered wood finish, are equipped with soundproof glass to ensure the relaxation and tranquility of the guests.

The entrance doors are armored but with large windows so you can enjoy the lake and garden view in complete safety.

High-speed wireless Internet connection is available throughout the villa and in much of the garden.

Living room

The living area of the Villa is characterized by the scenic presence of a large stone fireplace open on both sides, creating a harmonious connection with the kitchen. The parquet floor, wooden beams, and retro cast iron radiators warm up the environment and create a refined atmosphere.

The combination of contemporary design and historical architecture arises from the integration of minimal and eclectic furnishings: a comfortable modular and transformable sofa, which can be reconfigured over time according to needs, and a spacious, slim, and light bookcase that equips the wall in an original way by tracing geometric silhouettes.

There is also an ironic and lively chromatic touch given by the nuance of the large wall on which the bookcase rests: a lime green that helps give personality to the entire room.

The equipment is completed by a 40" (101.6 cm) Full HD LED television with satellite decoder.

Kitchen

The kitchen is the symbolic and ideal center of the house. A white room where the protagonist is the long wooden table, designed to create relationships and sociality, surrounded as it is by 12 comfortable chairs, where one sits to eat, to work, to chat, to play.

The work area has been created in two different blocks: the first one against the wall that includes all vertically arranged storage furniture and state-of-the-art appliances: refrigerator, ovens, and a double-temperature wine cellar. The second, conceived instead as a central island, contains induction hobs, a work surface, a dishwasher, and a space for breakfast, snacks, and aperitifs.

All the minimal and high-tech furniture gives a sense of lightness: the furniture is hung on the walls while the work surface and the table itself seem to float in the air because they are supported by glass legs, almost invisible, creating a suggestive and original effect.

The environment is always filled with light thanks to two large windows and the impressive skylight that runs through it.

Bedrooms

The sleeping area welcomes three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. All cozy and relaxing spaces that ensure well-being and quality rest. Designed as linear and balanced spaces, they light up thanks to the colorful and bright tones of the walls.

Two are master bedrooms with a lake view terrace, while the third one, overlooking the garden, includes two single beds that can be joined to form an additional double bed when needed.

The double beds are in "superking" format measuring 180x200 cm - 6'0''x6'6' (100x200cm - 3'3''x6'6' for single beds) with "ACTIVA FITNESS MEMORY" mattresses to ensure maximum comfort.

All rooms have satellite TV and parquet flooring.

Bathrooms

The Villa has two contemporary design bathrooms inspired by spa environments.

The luxury and chic effect of the main bathroom are created by essential lines and elegant finishes, marble flooring, and white and black colors that enhance the elements of elegant design. It is a real oasis for wellness: a spacious multifunction shower with a large showerhead and hydro massage jets made of glass, Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, a sink that seems to detach from the wall like a thin leaf, modern sanitary ware.

Behind a mirror door, there is a washer with dryer available.

In the second bathroom, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming thanks to the wood of the crystal sink and the countertop. It is completed by a large glass shower and sanitary ware.
